seating charts are also for you online friends (or work or otheriwse random friends that you want to invite but don&#039;t fit in otherwise), like me, who know nobody else and don&#039;t want to feel like an ass while there (seriously) so you sit the most random with the other most random and then they&#039;ll just go with it - like Ms. Melanie said.
